Peep Diorama Contest Winners Announced!

First of all, a BIG thank you to everyone who participated in our First Annual Peeps Diorama Contest! What a wonderful turnout full of a variety of themes showcasing all of your creative talents and senses of adventure. We ended up with over thirty submissions. Our three staff judges this year (Nora Blake, Katy Wuerker, Michelle Guvendiren) had so much fun taking in ever detail of each submission and were deeply impressed by everyone’s efforts.

In the end, however, winners had to be chosen. There are the following winners listed by category:

 

“Adult” Category Winners:

1st Place – “Peep Paradise” by Miquela C.
2nd Place – “Peepswich Illumination” by Caralyn C.
3rd Place – “The Peepsopolitan Museum of Art” by Megan M.

“Teen” Category Winners:

1st Place – “The Amazing Spider-Peep” by Sasha K.
2nd Place – “King Peeple” by Anthony H.
3rd Place – “Me and My Peeps at the Pond” by Raven G.

“Kid/Family” Category Winners:

Again, everyone who entered should feel very proud of their work, and we’ve included all submission below for everyone to look through, especially if you were unable to make it to the library these past few weeks.

We look forward to doing running this contest again next spring!
