Summer Reading

Welcome to School Summer Reading

(Summer 2023)

Click on the links below to find out what your school summer assignments are this summer and what book clubs we are doing from the library.

Remember to click HERE to borrow an eBook or audiobook version of a title you need through Libby (MVLC Overdrive). Libby is available on your desktop or on any smart device as an app.

Ipswich Middle School –

  • All middle school grades (incoming 6th through incoming 8th) need to select one title of the six listed on the assignment linked below. All books that we have in our collection and the school summer reading assignment packets will be available in the Teen Room starting June 16th on the Teen Librarian’s desk.
      • Need a title that’s not there? Place a hold HERE or call and let us place a hold for you!
      • To view and print the complete list and assignment, click HERE.
      • To print a copy of the TIGER Tales Note Sheet, please click HERE.
      • To print a copy of the OPTIONAL Summer Reading Raffle Log, please click HERE.

Ipswich High School –

  • No general summer reading was assigned for high school students this year. If there are specific titles you might need to read for an honors or A.P. class, please let Teen Librarian Katy know, and we can make sure to either purchase or place a hold on what you need.
