There are 3 active clubs for teens at the library!
- Craft & Chat – Every 1st Thursday of the month at 3pm
- Crochet & Knit Club – Every 3rd Tuesday of the month at 4pm
- Tabbies (Teen Advisory Board) – Meets every three months, next meeting Weds December 10 at 4pm

Teen Craft & Chat
Join us in the Teen Nook every first Thursday of each month at 3pm to handmake something new and hang out with other crafty teens! Each month will feature a different craft, but if you would like to make something different, just ask for the supplies you need.
For teens and tweens. Registration is appreciated but not required. You can sign up a month before each meeting by following the links below.

Teen Crochet & Knit Club
The Teen Crochet & Knit Club is for beginners and fiber fanatics alike! Bring your projects to the Teen Nook every 3rd Tuesday of each month from 4-5pm, or you are welcome to try something new with our yarn and supplies. The YA Librarian can help with basic crocheting or knitting.
For ages 10-18. No registration is required, drop in!

Tabbies (Teen Advisory Board)
Do you have great ideas for teen services at the library? Join the Tabbies, the library’s Teen Advisory Board (TAB, Tabbies – get it?). The Tabbies meet once every 3 months in the Teen Nook.
This is the time to make your voice heard: offer ideas for teen events, services, books/materials, and the Teen Nook itself! Each meeting typically focuses on the upcoming season. We will often have a decoration project to work on.
ALL teens grades 6-12 are invited to Tabbies meetings! Registration is appreciated but not required. Current IHS students can receive 1 hour of community service for participating in a Tabbies meeting.
