What is it?
A mobile hotspot is light and portable, which makes it quick and convenient to access the Internet anytime, from any location within the 4G and 5G Mobile Beacon coverage areas. There are no fees for the device or service. “The Ipswich Public Library is dedicated to providing access to the digital world without hindrance, to ensure that everyone in the community can take advantage of the ever expanding resources and services available on the Internet.”

Anyone who is in need of a wireless internet connection wherever coverage is available.

- 1 Mobile Hotspot (in protective case)
- 1 Hotspot USB to AC power cord
- 1 set of instructions

What you need
You may need to charge the mobile hotspot battery to use this kit. Although previous borrowers may leave the battery with some charge left, we cannot guarantee how long it will last, so putting time aside before you start your project to charge the mobile hotspot with the provider charger is encouraged.
The Fine Print
- This kit may be borrowed for one week. One renewal is permitted, provided there are no reserves waiting.
- Borrower must be a MVLC library card holder with an account in good standing.
- Must be picked-up and returned to the Ipswich Public Library Circulation Desk.
- The kit will remain on borrower’s account until a staff member is able to check kit condition.
- Fines may be issued for both missing/damaged kit parts or for the loss/damaging of the whole kit. The total replacement cost for this kit is $50.00.
