GENERAL INFORMATIONCirculation Policy and ProceduresResidents in the CommonwealthMassachusetts residents must obtain a card from their hometown library which may be used in the entire Merrimack Valley Library Consortium. Residents from non-MVLC libraries may have their card entered into the system to enable borrowing privileges. Just like local patrons, a positive ID with current home address must be shown to complete the process. |
